Responsibilities / Tasks- For our offices in Alcobendas (Madrid), we are currently looking for a Project Manager to lead the execution of complex engineering and industrial projects.- In this role, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.- The role combines project leadership, customer management, commercial awareness, and financial accountability to ensure successful project outcomes and long-term customer satisfaction.- Plan, organize and control assigned projects from handover to final acceptance.- Coordinate internal departments, suppliers and customers to ensure successful project execution.- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks and quality throughout the project lifecycle.- Lead customer communication and stakeholder management.- Monitor project financial performance, including costs, margins and cash flow.- Manage project reporting, change orders, claims and risk mitigation actions.- Ensure compliance with GEA processes, quality standards and sustainability guidelines.- Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned for future projects.Your Profile / Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Engineering preferred).- PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).- 4+ years of project execution experience,
