Experteer Overview
In this role you will work with strategic customers to translate business challenges into AI-ready Celonis solutions, using the Process Intelligence platform and leading AI partners. You’ll prototype, demonstrate value to executives, and drive adoption and ROI at scale. The Orbit Graduate program supports your growth, mentorship, and client engagements in a fast-paced, international setting. You will relocate from Madrid to Tokyo after onboarding, joining a mission-driven team focused on transforming operations with AI.

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related STEM field
• Excellent academic performance
• 1-2 years of work experience or strong internships
• Understanding of generative AI techniques (RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, fine-tuning)
• Proficient in Python and ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to present to diverse audiences
• Proactive, curious, and commitment to continuous learning
• Excellent communication; fluent in Japanese and English
