At China Three Gorges Europe we are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain Department and support our mission of powering the world with renewable energy. In this role, you will learn and assist in different tasks:Procurement Project Management:- Receive order lists and initiate procurement documentation.- Invite suppliers to register in ARIBA and coordinate due diligence.- Prepare evaluation reports and manage internal approvals.Supplier Management:- Review supplier information and documents uploaded to ARIBA.- Manage supplier registration approvals.- Conduct credit evaluations using the comprehensive scoring method for each project and annually.Audit & Data Requests:- Collaboratively handle audits and data collection tasks requested by headquarters.- Periodic review of finalized contracts with the contract management team.- Updates the procurement registry.Contract Management Support:- Review and correct contract data in the ERP-Ariba system to ensure completeness and accuracy.- Validate contract modifications during approval workflows.- Finalize contract approval by reviewing drafts, guiding corrections, identifying authorized signatories,



and issuing confirmation sheets.Policy Review & Internal Training:- Review and update internal contract management policies.- Organize and deliver internal training sessions on contract management procedures.Reporting and Supplier Compliance Evaluation:- Collect and assess supplier compliance with contractual obligations.Other related tasks include (but are not limited to):- Compile summaries of contracts with individuals.- Review and verify contracts with discrepancies or anomalies in amounts, ensuring consistency between ERP-Ariba records and vigente contractsQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field.- Master's degree will be highly valued.- Minimum 2 years of professional experience, related to Procurement is desired but not mandatory.- English & Spanish (Advanced Level - C1).- Chinese will be a plus.- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and SAP desired.Why Join Us?At CTGE, we offer more than just a job; we offer a purpose.
