Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead and shape urban planning initiatives within Arup’s City Planning u0026amp; Design team, guiding masterplanning, urban design and feasibility analyses to deliver sustainable, long-term benefits for communities. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary experts to balance social, economic and environmental goals while engaging clients and supporting business development. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge projects, knowledge sharing, and ongoing learning in a general, mission-driven firm.

• Lead complex urban planning projects, drafting and processing planning instruments and urban feasibility analyses

Responsabilidades
• Studies in Architecture or Civil Engineering or related studies




• c.15 years of experience
• Extensive experience in Spanish urban planning, planning processes (tramitación urbanística) and land development
• Special interest in urban planning, strategic consultancy, planning, processing, and land development
• Knowledge of CAD and ArcGIS
• Adobe package (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Excellent Spanish and excellent English
• Keen for multidisciplinary projects and interest in sustainability and innovation
• High organizational and communication skills
• Experience working in Spain
• Bonus: Master's in planning, urban planning, urban processing or territorial organization
• Knowledge and visualization of urban planning projects (communication/visualization)
• Advanced knowledge in GIS/CAD (bonus)
