Your main responsibilities

-

- Negotiating and drafting lease agreements for parking spaces owned by major real estate firms and public authorities (MOUs, lease contracts, amendments, and settlement agreements).

- Drafting and reviewing service agreements, commercial partnership contracts , and NDAs .

- Managing legal matters related to lease agreements , including claims, work agreements, and dispute resolutions .





- Handling rental operations , such as inventory checks, rent payments, deposit management, and contract compliance .

- Reviewing legal documents and ensuring regulatory compliance.

- Mitigating risks by overseeing disputes and optimizing lease-related costs .

- Preparing reports (LEASUP) and ensuring timely legal documentation.

Requirements for this position

-

- Master’s degree in Real Estate Law with at least 2 years of experience in lease management (commercial, civil, construction, or CBI leases).

- A detail-oriented, autonomous, and adaptable professional eager to handle diverse legal topics in a dynamic startup environment.

- A strong problem-solver who can work efficiently and take initiative in a fast-paced setting.
