Experteer Overview In this role you lead end-to-end finance data and AI products to enable the transformation of the finance data ecosystem. You’ll bridge Finance, data engineering, governance, and AI teams to deliver measurable business value through trusted datasets, semantic models, and AI-enabled use cases. You will define vision, prioritize initiatives, and drive agile delivery that aligns technology with Finance goals. This is a strategic, cross-functional position focused on improving decision-making, automation, and data governance at scale.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Define the vision and roadmap for Finance Data u0026 AI products aligned with Finance strategy and measurable outcomes
- Translate business needs into data product capabilities, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Own and backlog management for Finance data products, including prioritization and delivery clarity
- Lead sprint, quarterly, and release planning for Finance data and AI teams
- Collaborate with Finance SMEs, data engineers, architects, governance, and AI specialists to build scalable data solutions
- Deliver foundational finance data assets: curated datasets, semantic models, reporting layers, data quality controls, lineage, and AI-ready data products
- Partner with Finance process owners to optimize data flows across accounting, controlling, consolidation, planning, tax, treasury, intercompany, and management reporting
- Ensure data quality, auditability, reconciliation, security, access control, and compliance needs of finance data products
- Identify opportunities to apply AI,



automation and advanced analytics to finance use cases such as anomaly detection and variance explanationResponsabilidades
- Strong understanding of enterprise finance data ecosystems (ingestion, modeling, transformation, semantic layers, analytics, governance)
- Ability to write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analytical skills to translate finance problems into actionable data/AI product requirements
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High ownership and organizational skills with outcome-driven execution
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms and analytics ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, dbt)
- Finance domain expertise across accounting, controlling, record-to-report, planning, consolidation, intercompany, tax, treasury, working capital, or performance management
- Experience with finance systems/data structures (SAP ECC/S/4HANA, Central Finance, Group Reporting, BW) and core data objects (GL, COA, company code, profit/cost centers, journals, budgets, forecasts)
