Experteer Overview As an O2C Process Excellence Senior Analyst at Glovo, you will help translate financial policies into automated, end-to-end processes across a high-volume marketplace. You’ll work with Finance Transformation to connect technical platforms with local operations, driving a touchless Order-to-Cash journey. You’ll design process blueprints, ensure data lineage from the Marketplace into SAP S/4HANA and MS Dynamics Business Central, and collaborate with product and commercial teams to embed automation from the start. This role blends engineering-minded process design with strategic cross-functional partnership, shaping scalable finance outcomes.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Translate policies and requirements into process blueprints and technical specs
- Support the design and documentation of end-to-end data lineage from Marketplace to SAP S/4HANA and MS Dynamics Business Central
- Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to incorporate automation by design for new business lines




- Identify manual workarounds in local markets and support adoption of global automated standards
- Work with Billing, Tax, and Accounting SMEs to ensure compliant, efficient O2C processesResponsabilidades
- 3-5 years in Finance Transformation or Process Excellence in a high-volume marketplace/tech environment
- Knowledge of IFRS 15, VAT triggers, and Revenue Recognition
- Solid understanding of ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, MS Dynamics Business Central, Oracle) and data/workflows
- Collaborative mindset and ability to contribute to process architecture
