This is a full-time, permanent position where you will play a central role in guiding and caring for vulnerable adolescents in a residential setting.

In this position, you will carry out socio-educational interventions in a high-intensity educational protection residential home.

Your core responsibilities include:

- Providing direct socio-educational support and daily guidance to vulnerable adolescents.
- Implementing educational routines, care plans, and personal development activities.
- Ensuring a secure, structured, and positive living environment for the residents.
- Participating in the active monitoring and daily documentation of educational interventions.





To be considered for this position, you should bring the following profile:

- Completed university degree (bachelor's degree or equivalent in social or educational studies, such as Social Education, Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, Social Work, or Primary Education).
- Valid Category B driving licence.
- Prior professional experience in residential childcare or socio-educational intervention is valued.
- Having your own vehicle is considered an asset.

What you will receive:

- A permanent contract (indefinido) on a full-time basis.
- A gross annual salary of 28,700 EUR, distributed across 14 payments.
