The company develops web and mobile products for patients, internal clinic software, and machine-learning solutions to transform orthodontic care.Задачи:- Raise quality across the design team through critique, mentorship, and hands-on work on complex problems; - Set standards for craft, systems, and design rigour, especially across web products; - Represent design as the senior voice in cross-functional discussions with PM, ML, marketing, and engineering; - Grow into formal line management as the team scales; - Own the design strategy for session-to-lead and lead-to-booking experiences on web; - Partner with the Growth PM to identify high-leverage opportunities and design and ship solutions; - Apply rigorous experimentation focused on learning, not only launching; - Contribute design input and direction across mobile products, clinic tools,
