- Experience in Java server-side software development
- Expertise in Java technologies; Core Java, minimum Java17

- Strong communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps collaboration
- Experience with software maintenance, bug fixes, and enhancements
