Experteer Overview As a Technical Account Manager at Autodesk, you enable large enterprise clients to maximize product value and achieve measurable outcomes. You will serve as a technical liaison within the Proactive Support group, guiding customers through adoption and governance at scale. You’ll address critical issues, provide data-driven recommendations, and drive improvements across cloud and desktop Autodesk applications. This role offers exposure to enterprise customers, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to shape proactive support and success plans.Compensaciones / Incentivos - Establish as the technical point of contact and coordinate with CSM and TAS to execute customer success plans - Prioritize and escalate critical issues while monitoring service level compliance - Provide technical assistance and recommendations based on data analytics for enterprise customers - Apply problem-management approaches to identify improvement opportunities - Partner with IT and design teams to ensure successful installation, licensing,
