We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks: * Define and implement automation and Quality Engineering strategies aligned with engineering standards and the automation roadmap. * Identify automation opportunities, maximize test coverage, and drive shift-left testing across the software development lifecycle. * Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, API, microservices, integration, and end-to-end testing. * Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and faster software releases. * Lead performance, scalability, resilience, and reliability testing initiatives. * Execute automated test suites, analyze results, identify risks and quality trends, and provide meaningful quality metrics and reporting. * Create automation standards, documentation, and best-practice guidelines while mentoring teams on modern testing and Quality Engineering principles. * Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, DevOps Engineers, and Delivery Managers to provide testing strategy and quality assurance leadership. ? WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Years experience: 10+ years English: C1 Bachelor Degree Strong experience in UI and API test automation.



Expertise building automation frameworks from scratch. Experience working with microservices, distributed systems, cloud-native testing, and Agile/Scrum environments. ? WHERE AND WHEN?
