JOB SUMMARY:

Supermicro is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Data Center Supply
Chain Manager to build and lead the supply chain foundation for next-generation
modular data centers (DCBBS) and customer data center deployments. This role
will be a key driver in developing structured supplier strategies, vendor
qualification processes, and procurement frameworks to enable repeatable,
scalable delivery with predictable cost, schedule, and supplier performance.





The successful candidate will coordinate sourcing across electrical, mechanical,
cooling, controls, and construction categories, support proposal and project
teams with availability and pricing inputs, track lead times and risks, and
develop tools and processes that reduce execution risk while aligning suppliers
with engineering and deployment requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Build and maintain approved supplier lists and qualified vendor pools for key
DCBBS equipment and service categories across power, cooling, mechanical,
electrical, controls, and construction.
* Track and report lead times, pricing inputs, vendor capacity, and procurement
risks for assigned DCBBS projects and deployments, providing proactive
visibility to stakeholders.
* Support proposal and project teams with timely equipment availability
assessments, budgetary pricing, and procurement strategy recommendations to
meet customer timel
