Here, we feel empowered, supported, and inspired to grow.Are you ready to love your job?The adventure begins right here, with you, at SITA.ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAMLeading the planning, coordination, governance, and execution oversight of a large-scale migration program across multiple GEOs and delivery partners. The role acts as the primary orchestration point between the Transformation Office, GEO delivery teams, and the Delivery Factory to ensure migrations are delivered on time, at scale, and in line with program objectives. WHAT YOU WILL DOMigration Planning & Prioritization - Own and manage the migration pipeline across all GEOs. - Prioritize migrations based on business needs, customer commitments, readiness, and capacity. - Ensure migration readiness aligns with infrastructure and transformation milestones. Delivery Coordination - Coordinate delivery activities across GEO teams, Customer Interaction Managers, and external partners. - Manage cross-functional dependencies and major migration programs. - Identify and escalate risks, resource constraints, and delivery issues.
Governance & Performance Management - Lead governance reviews and monitor migration progress, risks, and dependencies. - Provide consolidated reporting and executive-level insights. Capacity & Continuous Improvement - Monitor delivery capacity across internal teams and vendors. - Drive workload optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement across the migration organization. Success Measures - Achievement of migration targets, effective capacity utilization, strong governance, and predictable, high-quality delivery. Qualifications:ABOUT YOUR SKILLS- 5-8 years of experience in IT, Telecom, or Air Transport Industry technology. - Experience leading large-scale transformation or migration programs. - Strong program for governance, planning, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across regions and partners. - Knowledge of LAN, WAN, networking technologies, and ATI-related systems. - Strong customer-facing, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Excellent planning, prioritization, time management, and organizational skills. - Knowledge of MS Office and IT solution delivery environments. - Ability to manage risks, dependencies, resources, and delivery activities. - Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience) and at least one technical certification (e.G., ASEP, TE, STE, ESE, CCNP, CCIE).
