JOB SUMMARY:

Supermicro is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Data Center Civil
Engineer to lead the civil and site development for next-generation modular data
centers (DCBBS) as well as traditional data center projects including
greenfield, brownfield, fit-out, and colocation facilities. This role will be a
key technical driver in evaluating site constraints, utility routing, grading,
drainage, access, and constructability risks to guide deployments in the U.S.
and global markets.





The successful candidate will own civil site planning frameworks, standards, and
readiness criteria to support repeatable, scalable delivery while serving as the
civil subject matter expert. This individual will coordinate across
architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines and manage
external civil consultants to deliver safe, efficient, permitted, and
constructible site solutions aligned with Supermicro’s performance and
reliability standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Lead civil site evaluation, due diligence, and feasibility assessments for
DCBBS modular data centers and traditional projects (greenfield, brownfield,
fit-out, and colocation), including topography, drainage, utilities, soils,
floodplain, and environmental constraints.
