We are currently looking for a Product Stewardship & Regulatory Specialist, EMEA
to join us at our facility in Asturias, Spain. We are welcoming applications
from any location in Spain, looking to relocate to this area.

The Product Stewardship & Regulatory Specialist, EMEA supports compliance with
European, Middle Eastern, and African chemical, product safety, environmental,
and transportation regulations applicable to paints, coatings, and related raw
materials. Working closely with R&D;, commercial, supply chain, and manufacturing
teams,



this role helps ensure products meet regulatory requirements throughout
their lifecycle and can be successfully marketed across the region.
Responsibilities include maintaining regulatory data, preparing and managing
Safety Data Sheets (SDSs), supporting product notifications and registrations,
monitoring regulatory developments, and responding to customer and internal
compliance inquiries. The position contributes to the company's commitment to
product safety, regulatory excellence and responsible stewardship while
supporting innovation and business growth across EMEA markets.

Primary Responsibilities

* Monitor regulatory environment for implementation of new legislation in areas
of sale and ensure maintained compliance with any changes.
* Audit compliance of existing formulations against regulations of countries of
current sales.
* Anticipate potential future regulatory action that could impact the business
