We're looking for a hardworking and dynamic Operations Intern based in Barcelona to join the Care Operations team.

This position is based on-site at our headquarters in Barcelona (Spain).

What You'll Do

- Deliver an excellent customer experience to each and every one of our patients.
- Ensure that every call, email, and meeting leaves our patients happy!
- Engage with our patients and build a connection to keep them excited about their journey to a perfect smile.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service through different channels such as video and audio, emails, SMS, WhatsApp, and live chat.
- Make calls, book and confirm appointments, and follow up with patients.
- Explain our product and guide customers through the process and timelines.
- Clarify requirements and help our patients complete documentation as needed.




- Proactively recognize and report trends and potential weaknesses.
- Contribute to the improvement of our products and processes.
- Help create solutions to enhance the customer journey.
- Work with your teammates to foster a positive and energetic atmosphere.

What You'll Bring

- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
- Able to provide an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) through your university or educational institution, ideally with availability for a 6-month internship.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different audiences.
- Roll-Up-Your-Sleeves Attitude: You're proactive, hands-on, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment where things move quickly and teams are lean.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to managing multiple tasks and ensuring accuracy.
- Problem-solving mindset: you're comfortable investigating issues, finding solutions, and escalating when needed.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and learning new systems quickly.
