Its marketplaces, SaaS, and AI tools help doctors, clinics, and hospitals work more efficiently.Задачи- Own 5+ searches at a time, leading the full recruitment process from intake to offer acceptance; - Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles, build pipelines, run effective and fair assessment processes, and close outstanding talent; - Build processes that identify candidates who can succeed today and grow with the business; - Evaluate assessment quality, candidate signals, and long-term hiring outcomes; - Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, HR, and leadership teams; - Bring market intelligence, compensation insights, and talent trends to hiring decisions; - Represent Docplanner from the first conversation through onboarding; - Build lasting candidate relationships and maintain strong talent networks; - Use data to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion rates, and make better hiring decisions; - Leverage AI tools to increase recruiter effectiveness, improve stakeholder experience,
