- Own and develop the Process Engineering PLM product roadmap and functional requirements
- Define and govern PLM, MES and SAP system integrations and data flows
- Lead Industry 4.0 and manufacturing digitalization initiatives
- Manage end-to-end technology projects with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Operations and IT teams
- Support change management, training and adoption of digital tools
- Monitor KPIs, system performance and data quality
- Manage product backlog, enhancements and continuous improvement activities

Requirements
- Proven track record in PLM, Manufacturing Systems, or Industrial Digitalization projects
- Experience managing digital transformation initiatives and system integrations
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Excellent skills in project management and stakeholder management
- Strong competencies in business process analysis and cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and its ambition to transform the industry




- Excellent command of English, spoken and written
- Spanish highly valued
