We are looking for a German-speaking Account Executive to join an international sales team in Madrid.

This role focuses on the German-speaking market and gives you the opportunity to manage the full sales cycle , from initial contact to closing.

Responsibilities

- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close

- Contact and engage with a high volume of potential customers

- Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations

- Manage free trials and follow up with prospects

- Handle approximately 80–100 calls per day

- Work towards KPIs related to calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions and revenue

- Manage the handover of closed accounts to the Customer Experience team

Requirements

-

- Native or bilingual proficiency in German

- Native or bilingual proficiency in English

- Must currently reside in Spain

- 1–6 years of commercial experience in BDR, SDR, call center, outbound sales or similar roles





- Strong confidence with cold calling

- Comfortable working with a high volume of calls and leads

- Strong KPI and metrics orientation

- Availability aligned with US time zone working hours
