Experteer Overview In this role you guide Factorial’s largest Spanish clients as a trusted advisor, driving satisfaction, retention, and sustainable revenue growth. You manage a high-value portfolio, leverage data-driven plans, and advocate for client needs to shape adoption and product feedback. You work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize impact and share best practices across the group. You’ll play a pivotal part in Upsell/Expansion while identifying improvement opportunities that benefit customers and Factorial.Compensaciones / Ventajas - Manage a portfolio of strategic Spanish customers with tailored, high-impact plans - Identify and report trends, risks, and opportunities; propose actions to improve journeys and adoption - Maintain regular client engagement (video) as the main point of contact and value messenger - Collaborate with Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, and Finance to maximize client impact - Mentor less experienced peers and share best practices across the teamResponsabilidades - 3+ years of experience in Account Management (B2B) - Proven track record of upsell,
