In this role you will lead SEA strategy for the Spanish market within papernest’s Paid Acquisition team. You’ll own key accounts driving a large share of users, shaping campaigns, bidding, and optimization to fuel growth. You work closely with cross-functional teams on content, tracking, and landing-page experiments to improve conversion and ROI. You’ll benchmark peers and drive data-driven decisions to scale performance. This role offers international exposure, a mission-driven environment, and meaningful impact on our growth in Europe.

• Own the SEA funnel for Spanish market accounts from strategy to execution
• Monitor performance with a data-driven ROI approach and optimize bidding and campaigns
• Test new campaigns, features, and bidding strategies to boost conversion rate
• Plan and manage content, tracking,



and landing-page integration for accurate measurement
• Lead test u0026 learn programs and benchmark against competitors to identify best practices
• Analyze profitability and KPIs, provide deep-dive insights and actionable recommendations
Responsabilidades
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus
• Background in Business or engineering school
• 2–3 years in Digital Marketing or Consulting; SEO/PPC experience a plus
• Strong analytical xqbhyrx skills; Excel; SQL a plus
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
