Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Mobile Phone Repair Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of mobile devices. You will be responsible for hardware and software issue resolution, device maintenance, quality testing, and professional customer communication to ensure high-quality repair services and customer satisfaction. Location: Carrer de Potosí, 2, Sant Andreu, 08030 Barcelona Key Responsibilities * Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across various mobile phone models, covering hardware faults, software errors, system failures, and network/connectivity problems accurately and efficiently. * Perform professional mobile device repairs, including screen replacement, battery replacement, charging port repair, camera and speaker component replacement, and other daily hardware maintenance and component repair work. * Conduct comprehensive functional and performance testing before and after repairs to ensure all devices work fully compliant with quality standards, eliminating hidden faults and ensuring repair stability. * Communicate professionally with customers to analyze device faults, explain repair solutions, clarify working timelines, itemize repair costs, and answer customer inquiries to deliver a transparent and customer-oriented service experience. * Maintain a standardized, clean,



and organized workstation, manage daily tools, testing equipment and spare parts reasonably, and ensure standardized operation and safe site management. * Complete daily repair records, device information registration and relevant system data entry to ensure complete and traceable service files. Job Requirements * Solid working experience as a Mobile Phone Repair Technician, proficient in both hardware disassembly/repair and software troubleshooting for mobile devices. * Familiar with mainstream mobile phone brands and models, able to independently handle fault diagnosis and repair for both Android and iOS systems. * Electronics technology, mobile device maintenance or relevant professional certification is preferred. * Strong problem-solving ability, precise fault judgment capability, and excellent attention to detail to ensure high repair pass rate and quality. * Basic computer operation skills, capable of completing daily data recording, document sorting and customer follow-up work. * Good verbal communication skills, patient and service-oriented working attitude, able to communicate with customers politely and professionally. * Strict work standards, good self-discipline and team cooperation awareness, able to abide by workshop operation specifications.
