As a Workday Core HCM Consultant, you help clients transform HR processes using cloud-based Workday solutions. You’ll work within the Accenture Workday group to deliver rapid deployments and end-to-end transformations for large clients. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to align industry practices with client needs and drive innovations in HCM. This role offers global exposure, extensive training, and a path to become a Workday expert who shapes how organizations work.

Responsabilidades
• Experience implementing Workday HCM or similar on-premise/cloud platforms
• Ability to travel as needed and manage teams and client interactions
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and ability to meet deadlines xqbhyrx in a dynamic environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• English fluency
