Requirements ?
* Manage customer requests and provide high-quality follow-up.
* Handle proactive and reactive escalations.
* Monitor SLAs, KPIs, billing items, and recurring operational risks.
* Verify billing discrepancies with the relevant teams.
* Collect and share forecasts to anticipate workload and peak periods.
* Assess operational feasibility for custom customer requests.
* Improve processes around quality, timelines, customer experience, and on-site
routines.
* Prepare and participate in customer steering committee meetings.⁠
