Experteer Overview As a Strategy Analyst for the Italian Market, you will help scale Factorial’s Strategic Partnerships by shaping initiatives and building scalable processes. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions that grow the partner business and expand into new markets. You’ll translate insights into Go-To-Market actions and robust tracking systems. This role combines analytical rigor with collaboration to support growth in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

- Own management reporting to provide visibility and propose initiatives

- Design scalable processes and coordinate with other teams for implementation

- Set up and maintain tracking systems to monitor performance and inform decisions





- Identify and pursue new strategic partnerships outside Italy

Responsabilidades

-

- Bachelor in Engineering

- 2-3 years experience in Strategy Consulting / Investment Banking / Startup / VC

- Strong interest in tech scale-ups and understanding of SaaS models

- Demonstrable analytical capabilities to collect, analyse and interpret data

- Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to meet deadlines under shifting priorities

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with stakeholders xcskxlj

- Self-motivated and proactive problem-solver

- High proficiency in MS Office suite; CRM experience is a plus

- Fluent in English and Italian; French/German/Spanish is a plus
