Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Specialist, Logistics Specialist, Transportation Specialist, Freight Forwarder, Logistics Assistant, or Supply Chain Planner.

Key Responsibilities

You will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and excellence of our logistics operations, supporting core business activities and actively participating in continuous improvement projects within a dynamic, international environment. Working with modern tools, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to directly impact operational performance. Specifically, you will:

Independently manage customer orders, delivery schedules, inventory tracking, and shipments in close coordination with warehouses and 3PL partners.

-

Coordinate transport planning and tracking alongside the Central Traffic Team, identifying synergies and network optimization opportunities across distribution flows.

-

Ensure service excellence, maintaining compliance with quality standards, operational regulations, and customer SLAs throughout all logistics processes.

Deliver practical solutions to daily operational challenges, partnering with the Team Leader to optimize operational workflows.

-

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external suppliers to secure seamless, integrated end-to-end logistics execution.

-

Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives by providing ground-level insights and process enhancement proposals.

-

Monitor operational KPIs and prepare reporting dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

-

Maintain up-to-date standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation, supporting periodic audits and compliance reviews.

Technical Skills

-

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (advanced Excel skills required).

Working knowledge of Power Platform, SAP (E4P / WHP / Ariba), project44 (P44), Magnitude Angles, or Transporeon is a strong plus.

Basic understanding of international trade, customs procedures, and relevant tax regulations.

Languages:

Spanish: Native or bilingual proficiency required.

English: Professional working proficiency (fluent spoken and written communication).
