What is your role?

As a Digital Community Engagement Specialist, you will help strengthen the
company’s digital presence by engaging with online audiences, supporting content
activation, and contributing to the creation of visual and multimedia materials.
This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys combining creativity, responsiveness,
and attention to detail to build positive brand experiences across digital
platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Monitor social media platforms and digital communities, responding to
comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Create engaging visual content such as graphics, images, and short-form
videos aligned with brand guidelines and adapted to different platforms.




* Support content scheduling and publication in coordination with the
communications team.
* Track engagement metrics, monitor audience sentiment, and identify potential
reputational risks for timely escalation.

EXPERIENCES/EDUCATION - REQUIRED

* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Public
Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
* 1 to 2 years of experience in community management, social media, digital
content creation, or related areas, including internships or academic
projects.
* Hands-on experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram,
Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.
* Strong graphic design skills.
* Basic video editing skills.
* Strong written and visual communication skills, with creativity and attention
to detail.
* English proficiency.
