Main Responsibilities
- Identify
,
negotiate
, and
secure
multi-bed
agreements
with business schools, universities, study abroad schemes, and language institutions
- Balance full academic year and semester reservations strategically to
maximise annual occupancy and revenue
across Madrid and Barcelona assets
- Serve as the
main contact point in Spain
for institutional partners, guaranteeing smooth onboarding, ongoing satisfaction, and contract renewals
- Recruit and




develop a strong B2B
agent and booking partner
network
across Spain, broader Europe, and Latam
- Supply partner networks with up-to-date promotional materials, rate schedules, and inventory details to
optimise sales efforts
- Provide
complete invoicing information
to internal finance teams following contract signing
- Coordinate with on-site operations
and customer engagement units to implement negotiated contract terms, pricing, and stay durations
- Track performance
and
provide frequent pipeline updates to the Sales Director
covering contacted partners, deals closed, and revenue progress

Core Skills/Experience
- Proven B2B sales or partnership experience within
Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA)
,
student housing
, or the
youth travel and hospitality sector in Spain
- Existing
connections with language schools, international universities, or study agencies
- Demonstrated success closing high-value B2B deals
