Your responsibilities with us:
Lead and develop the regional sales organisation to achieve sales, contribution margin, and design-in targetsDrive the development of existing customers and acquisition of new business to strengthen the regional market positionDefine and implement regional sales strategies, targets, budgets, and business plans in alignment with company objectivesManage, coach, and develop the sales team, including target setting, performance reviews, and resource planningBuild and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and suppliers and support important commercial and price negotiationsWork closely with Product Marketing, Field Application Engineering, Internal Sales, Supply Chain, Material Management, Finance, and HR

Your qualifications:
Several years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally within electronics distribution, electronic components, or another technical environmentProven experience in leading and developing sales teams and managing regional sales performanceStrong commercial understanding with experience in sales planning, budgeting, margin management, and business developmentConfident negotiation and stakeholder-management skills combined with a strong customer and results orientationFluent Spanish and good English skills as well as willingness to travel within the region
