Shape the Future of Commerce Media

Criteo empowers marketers to drive measurable business outcomes through
world-class AI, first-party data, and commerce media innovation. We’re seeking a
high-performing Account Executive to accelerate growth in the Eastern
European markets by acquiring and developing new clients across mid
sized and large client segments.

You will take ownership of new business growth across the Czech market, working
with senior marketing and digital leaders and positioning Criteo as a strategic
partner for measurable growth.

Own and Grow the Czech Market

We’re looking for a commercially driven Account Executive to own and accelerate
our growth in the Czech market, acquiring new mid-sized and large clients and
helping some of the region’s leading brands transform how they approach digital
advertising. Working with senior marketing and digital leaders and positioning
Criteo as a strategic partner for measurable growth.

In this role, you will:

* Build your market: Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities




across the Czech market, creating your own pipeline and prioritizing the
accounts with the greatest potential.

* Own the full sales cycle: Lead opportunities from first outreach and
discovery through solution development, negotiation, and closing.

* Build senior relationships: Engage with CMOs, Heads of Digital, E-commerce
leaders, Media Directors, and other decision-makers to understand their
business challenges and influence their digital strategy.

* Sell consultatively: Go beyond product pitching by uncovering client needs,
connecting them to measurable business outcomes, and developing solutions
that create long-term value.

* Drive revenue growth: Deliver against ambitious quarterly and annual targets
while maintaining strong pipeline coverage and accurate forecasts.

* Lead with insights: Use data, market trends, client performance, and industry
developments to create compelling commercial conversatio
