As Global Senior Product Manager for SCS, you set the global marketing strategy for the spinal cord stimulation portfolio and lead strategic growth initiatives. You will partner with regions worldwide and cross-functional teams to drive adoption, messaging, and evidence dissemination. This high-visibility role requires strong launch experience and the ability to navigate a regulated, technical environment. You help shape portfolio strategy across Inceptiv, Intellis Pro, and Vanta, delivering impact through cross-border collaboration and market insight.

• Collaborate with Sales, Ru0026D, Sales Training, Medical Education, Operations, Clinical, Health Economics, and others
• Act as SCS marketing leader and central point of contact for Western Europe
• Drive market share and clinical adoption via competitor analysis and gap identification to craft positioning
• Lead global portfolio marketing including annual plan,



messaging, evidence, competitive strategy, campaigns, channels, and metrics
• Collaborate with Commercial Marketing to deliver consistent messaging across digital, social, and academic society meetings
• Manage global asset creation, asset lifecycle, and utilization planning
• Build relationships with KOLs, customers, and Sales teams; participate in medical society meetings and events
• Partner with regions on product demand based on market analysis and business strategy; oversee NPI and legacy product phase-outs

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of marketing or sales experience, or 5 years with a Master's degree or equivalent
• Prior healthcare marketing experience, ideally in Medical Devices
• Product management experience
