The Position

The Breast & Gyne Marketing Lead (ML) leads the strategic, cross-functional, and operational marketing organization within the Breast Therapeutic Area. Moving beyond traditional product management, the ML holds end-to-end accountability for designing and executing holistic marketing strategies across current products and upcoming pipeline launches. Acting as a VACC leader (Visionary, Architect, Coach, Catalyst), the ML directs brand management, digital strategy, customer insights, and strategic communications.



The role ensures commercial excellence, optimizes resource allocation, and fosters an agile, high-performing squad aligned with global networks and local healthcare ecosystem priorities.
