- Execute Procurement Strategy in alignment with category teams and business stakeholders
- Perform purchasing activities according to needs, specifications, price, delivery schedule and contractual terms
- Manage cooperation with approved suppliers and oversee performance, quality and compliance
- Provide market insights and analyze and evaluate bids
- Negotiate agreements with key suppliers
- Conduct sourcing events through appropriate eSourcing tools
- Maintain supplier master data integrity
- Identify and qualify new suppliers with internal stakeholders
- Implement cost-out programs and optimization initiatives
- Coordinate procurement orders and deliveries
- Maintain accurate reports, updates and documentation in relevant systems
- Report to the Co-Head Corporate Procurement

Requirements
- Ideally 5 years of experience in Procurement
- Preferably experience in Indirect Services Procurement within Professional Services categories or equivalent extensive experience working directly in HR, Consulting, Legal and/or Marketing categories
- Strong negotiation skills




- Solution-oriented and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to represent Corporate Procurement across all seniority levels
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Comfortable working with legal and contractual terms and language
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Proactive, adaptable and professional approach
