Experteer Overview In this role you will own and scale CRM-driven growth for Factorial's General Expansion. You’ll craft lead lifecycle journeys and build scalable CRM assets to move prospects through the funnel. You’ll automate manual workflows, design segmentation, and connect CRM activities to revenue outcomes. You’ll work hands‑on with cross‑functional teams to test ideas, adopt AI‑powered solutions, and turn experiments into repeatable growth processes. This is a chance to shape a high‑impact growth engine in a fast‑growing SaaS company.

Own lead lifecycle and nurturing strategies from first touch to sales opportunity and beyond

Build and optimise workflows, automations, lists, campaigns and CRM assets for scalable execution

Identify and automate inefficient processes using technology, AI and CRM solutions

Design segmentation/ targeting strategies based on ICP, market maturity, buyer behavior, source and channel

Create new processes from scratch where no playbook exists and scale successful experiments





Track CRM performance and link activities to pipeline and revenue outcomes

Responsabilidades

2–4 years of experience in CRM, Growth Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations or similar

Strong HubSpot experience with workflows, lists, emails, campaigns, properties, reports, deal management and CRM automation

Fluent in English; other languages a plus

Hands‑on builder who creates processes where none exist

Growth mindset with a focus on funnels and turning data into actions

Tech‑savvy and AI‑curious; proactive in adopting new tools to improve team workflows

Comfort with data, metrics, KPIs, and understanding CRM impact on pipeline and revenue

Excellent communicator and cross‑team collaborator

Willingness to roll up sleeves and execute—strategic and hands‑on
