Business Development Manager Technical Solutions

business development-driven role

Acting as a key interface between

engineering and commercial teams , you will play a critical role in translating customer needs into

scalable, high-impact technical solutions

that align with strategic business objectives.

You will thrive in a

fast-paced, innovation-led environment , combining strong business development capabilities with the ability to engage in technical discussions and solution design.

In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse ecosystem of leading

enterprise Data, AI, and Automation vendors across Europe , driving joint initiatives and delivering value to customers.

This role follows a versátil hybrid working model, with occasional travel across Europe for key meetings and partner engagements.

Responsibilities:





Business Development & Strategy

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets

Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including technical and executive decision-makers

Develop joint go to market initiatives with vendors, partners, and internal sales teams

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy.

Lead contract negotiations and close strategic deals

Support partner & vendor recruitment, onboarding, and enablement to expand market reach

Technical Solution Selling

Translate customer technical requirements into tailored product or service solutions

Drive discovery & business planning sessions with partners & vendors to understand customer challenges, architecture, and desired outcomes

Collaborate with engineering, product, and operatio
