Experteer Overview In this role you will develop, maintain and evolve embedded firmware for dormakaba’s Automatic Access Solutions. You will help migrate products to a Zephyr-based ECPLA platform and ensure reliable, secure firmware across the portfolio. You’ll collaborate with local and European teams to support a global range of access control systems. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile projects that shape secure, integrated access solutions at scale.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

Develop and maintain embedded firmware in C for Automatic Access Solutions hardware

Migrate existing products to the Zephyr-based ECPLA platform

Learn and apply Zephyr build/configuration models (devicetree, Kconfig, West)

Design and expose shared platform services via clear APIs

Write unit tests and support integration/HIL testing

Bring up and debug hardware–software integration

Responsabilidades

3–5 years of embedded firmware development on ARM Cortex-M

Experience with at least one RTOS

Embedded debugging skills (SWD/JTAG, logic analyser, oscilloscope)



and reading schematics/datasheets

Git proficiency and embedded build/toolchain workflows

Business fluency in English
