In this role you partner with senior HR leaders to shape and execute policies and change initiatives across the Iberia area, driving strategic workforce outcomes. You will align function leads with business priorities, use data-driven insights to inform decisions, and lead talent management, succession, and mobility. You’ll oversee labor policy compliance, works council relations, and wellbeing and DEI efforts, contributing to growth and operational excellence through people. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to influence culture, strategy, and execution in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

• Define and execute global/local policy and change initiatives and assess impacts




• Collaborate with function leads to translate priorities into plans and provide strategic guidance
• Leverage analytics to drive solutions and translate insights into actionable plans
• Inform People Services of local, legal, and regulatory changes
• Lead talent management practices including planning, recruitment strategy, leadership development, succession, xqbhyrx and mobility
• Build end-to-end capabilities that accelerate consumer-centric growth and operational excellence
• Manage works council relations to ensure compliance with labor policies and agreements
• Consult on overhead management

Responsabilidades
