Experteer Overview In this role you’ll maximize Nordex’s value from IP by analyzing patent and product landscapes in wind energy, tracking early trends, and guiding strategic decisions with cross-functional teams. You will contribute to technology development, lead IP creation activities, and communicate risk-aware insights to stakeholders. The position sits at the intersection of Ru0026amp;D, strategy, and IP, shaping how Nordex capitalizes on innovations. This is a growth-focused role in a general, sustainability-driven company.

Map and monitor patent and product portfolios of key wind and energy players

Create clear reports and communications for stakeholders across Product Strategy, Sales, Ru0026D, Service, and IP

Lead IP creation and brainstorming sessions to generate executable ideas

Assess IP-related risks and design mitigation plans

Responsabilidades

M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience in Intellectual Property/Business Strategy/Negotiation

7+ years in Ru0026D, innovation insight, benchmarking, and market intelligence

English at C1 level; knowledge of German, Spanish, or Chinese is a plus

Willingness to travel
