As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to support Fever’s global recruitment and talent strategy. You will own the end-to-end recruiting process, from job ads to interviews and candidate experience, helping Fever attract top tech and related talent. You will leverage data and market insights to inform decisions and build strong recruiting partnerships. This role places you at the core of Fever’s growth, shaping how we scale our world-class team. You will join a fast-growing, inclusive People Operations team driving impact at a global level.

• Identify and source high-quality candidates across multiple channels
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: ads, screening, interviews, tests, coordination with hiring teams
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define and optimize recruitment processes
• Provide a world-class candidate experience and communicate feedback effectively

• Maintain and nurture the candidate pipeline for future opportunities
Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in-house within tech/related industry
• Degree in Business, Psychology, Law, or similar field
• C1/native English xqbhyrx and Spanish; additional languages a plus
• Experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse a plus)
• Strong stakeholder management and data/reporting capabilities
• Excellent communication and networking skills
