In this key role, you will be a key member of Iberia Service Team within the Sensors Department, responsible for delivering high-quality technical support across the installed customer base. This includes installation, commissioning, maintenance, diagnostics and after-sales services, both on-site and in-house, ensuring that customers’ expectations are exceeded while contributing to the company’s objectives.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Customer Support

- Carry out installation/commissioning, fault analysis, and repairs on Emerson Instruments.
- Provide diagnostics, troubleshooting, calibration and start up and commissioning services.
- Provide technical support and on-site training for customers.
- Ensure all activities are executed in line with customer expectations, agreed timelines, and business unit guidelines.

Sales Support

- Support Sales Engineers in product demonstration with customers and provide guidance on product applications and after-sales services.
- Proactively identify service/product opportunities.
- Contribute to business development through customer interaction and value-added recommendations.

Operational effectiveness

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of service activities (timesheets, debrief, expense reports).
- Keep workshop/workplace(s) clean, organized and professional.
- Maximize chargeable ut
