We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Event Manager to join our team and independently manage high-level international conferences and corporate events across Europe.
The role is idóneo for someone who is comfortable managing several projects back-to-back and in parallel, coordinating multiple stakeholders, suppliers and deadlines while maintaining a consistently high level of delivery.

THE JOB
You will take ownership of projects from initial planning through to onsite delivery and post-event follow-up, including:
- Managing several events and workstreams simultaneously;
- Building and maintaining detailed project timelines, budgets and operational plans;
- Coordinating venues, hotels, catering, AV, security, transport, printing, decoration and other suppliers;
- Managing participants, speakers, VIPs and institutional stakeholders;
- Supervising registrations, databases, invitations and event communications;
- Preparing programmes, signage, presentations, badges and other event materials;
- Coordinating internal teams, freelancers and onsite staff;




- Conducting venue inspections and supplier briefings;
- Managing event set-up, onsite operations and dismantling;
- Anticipating operational risks and resolving issues autonomously;
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the expected quality standards;
- Travelling regularly across Europe for onsite delivery.

THE CANDIDATE PROFILE
We are looking for someone with:
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in event management, preferably within an event agency, association, institution or international organisation;
- Proven experience managing events autonomously from A to Z;
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in fast-paced periods;
- Fluent English and French, both written and spoken;
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail;
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills;
- Confidence working with senior executives, institution
