Location: Sant Sadurní d'Anoia - 3 days on-site (Mon-Tue-Wed) / 2 days remote (Thu-Fri)

Grupo Codorníu is one of the oldest and most iconic wine and cava producers in the world, with a portfolio of premium brands and wineries operating across Spain, the United States and Argentina. The Group is looking for a proactive, hands-on Financial Controller to join its corporate finance team at headquarters, reporting to the FP&A; Director.

3 to 5 years of experience, a sharp analytical mind, genuine drive and a strong sense of discretion: that is the profile we are after. Someone eager to learn and comfortable taking ownership in a demanding and stimulating environment.

Responsibilities:
HR & People Costs supervision
- Own the end-to-end controlling of personnel costs: headcount, payroll, bonuses, incentive provisions, training and social charges.
- Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts for all HR-related expenditure; analyze variances and flag risks or opportunities.
- Act as finance business partner to the HR team,



including regular interaction with the Group's international structures in the US and Argentina.
- Handle all HR financial data with strict confidentiality and professional discretion.

Corporate & Cross-functional Controlling
- Control and monitor general overheads at headquarters level (facilities, general services, operating costs); contribute to budget and closing processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across SAP and reporting systems.
- Support corporate finance projects, reporting cycles and ad hoc analyses requested by the FP&A; Director.

Skills & Experience required:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in controlling, corporate finance or a related finance function.
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.
- Strong Excel skills required; SAP experience is a plus.
- Prior exposure to personnel costs or HR controlling is an asset - we will train the right person if not.
