This rapidly scaling start-up is building an AI-native platform that lets enterprise clients run high-volume operations through autonomous, conversational agents — voice, chat and messaging, deployed across dozens of countries in over 60 languages, for some of the largest employers in the world.

The company's core technical challenge is multi-agent orchestration that stays rock-solid at scale — reliable, secure and observable whether it's deployed for a healthcare provider in the US or a retailer in Latin America.

About the role




You'll be the technical face of enterprise sales cycles — owning everything from first technical discovery through to close, and giving prospects real confidence in the architecture, security and compliance posture behind the product.

You'll design and configure custom demos and POCs mapped to each prospect's presente use case (not generic walkthroughs), run technical workshops and discovery sessions with client stakeholders, and turn what you hear into a clean, scoped brief the Delivery team can build from.

You'll also own RFPs, RFIs and security/compliance questionnaires end-to-end — pulling in Legal, Security and Engineering where needed — and act as the voice of the customer back into Product and the roadmap.

- Professional fluency in English and Spanish
- Track record leading technical sales cycles end-to-end in an enterprise / B2B SaaS environment
- Credibility speaking to technology architecture, data security and AI-specific risk and govern
