Your job
This is a part-time on-site role in Barcelona. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who feels comfortable in the international environment of a language school. In this role, you will offer guidance, support, and resources to create a fulfilling and enjoyable experience for our students. Your main responsibilities
- Student support, serve as the primary point of contact for student inquiries, offering assistance via chat, phone, email and in-person.
- Problem resolution: address and resolve student concerns and issues promptly and effectively.
- Academic team support.
- Office support.
- Initiating, processing and managing student reservations.
- General administrative tasks.
