Account Manager – Wholesale

We move billions of messages a year through a wholesale network that runs on relationships, not just routes. This role hands you a live, high-value book of business from day one: 30+ carrier accounts worldwide, already generating real revenue, that need someone who can step in and keep them growing without missing a beat.

What you'll do
- Own and grow A2P wholesale traffic across a high-value portfolio of 30+ carrier accounts.
- Take over an existing book of business during onboarding, ensuring zero disruption for carriers through the transition.
- Build commercial strategies that protect and expand your relationships, not just maintain them.




- Read the market and the competition to spot commercial opportunities inside the wholesale channel.
- Hit agreed monthly and quarterly margin targets — and know exactly why you hit or missed them.
- Work hand-in-hand with Procurement and Routing to keep quality aligned with what your carriers actually need.

Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience in the A2P SMS wholesale industry, managing high-value carrier relationships.
- Real experience managing wholesale carrier or aggregator accounts — not just SMS sales in general.
- Comfortable reading margin, CR, and routing-quality data and turning it into a commercial conversation.
- Excellent analytical skills and the discipline to prioritize across a large, high-value portfolio.
- Fluent English required; Spanish or other languages are a plus given the general spread of the portfolio.
- Based in Europe; Madrid preferred.
