About The Role The People Operations Specialist, EMEA will play a key role in supporting operational excellence and employee experience across multiple EMEA countries, with a strong focus on Spain, the UK, and Portugal. This role combines hands‑on operational execution, regional compliance knowledge, process optimization, and cross‑functional partnership in a fast‑paced global environment.
What You Will Do Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage end-to-end onboarding processes across assigned EMEA countries, ensuring a seamless employee experience and compliance with local requirements
Support offboarding processes in partnership with People Business Partners, Legal, Payroll, and IT,



ensuring compliance and accurate documentation
Administer Leave of Absence (LOA) processes, including medical leaves, parental leave, and other statutory or company leaves, ensuring compliance with local legislation
Partner with General Mobility and external vendors when immigration or relocation support is required
HR Operations & Compliance
Support compliance with local labor legislation and internal policies across EMEA countries, particularly Spain, the UK, and Portugal
Support audits and compliance reviews, ensuring employee data integrity and documentation accuracy
Partner closely with Payroll, Legal, HR Tech, and PBPs to ensure operational accuracy and process consistency
Execute regular audits of HRIS data and employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance
Utilize JIRA, Workday, and reporting tools to manage requests, track metrics, and improve operational effectiveness
Act as a trusted operational partn
