We are looking for a Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our facilities and workplace services, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and its employees.

Reporting to the Security Director, you will be based at our Madrid headquarters.

Job responsibilities

Your role will be:
- Manage the day-to-day operation of LOEWE facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-quality workplace environment.
- Oversee facility service providers and contracts, including security, cleaning, catering, parking, maintenance, and renovation projects.
- Lead facilities staff and external contractors, monitoring service performance, SLAs, KPIs, and cost efficiency.
- Manage facilities budgets, procurement activities, and operational expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and building regulations, including mandatory inspections, audits, risk assessments,



and energy efficiency standards.
- Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building management systems (BMS).
- Coordinate office space planning, workplace moves, refurbishment projects, and facility-related infrastructure requirements.
- Develop and implement workplace policies, procedures, and best practices to support business operations.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated facility management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through the use of CAFM tools, digital maintenance platforms, and workplace analytics.
