As a Concierge , you will be an essential part of the guest experience at Grand Hyatt Barcelona, delivering personalized luxury service and creating memorable moments throughout the stay. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with curated recommendations, and provide expert support to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience from arrival to departure.




This is an operational position with a rotating schedule, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to hotel operational needs. You will work closely with Front Office, Bell Attendants, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Provide guests with detailed information about local attractions, exclusive experiences, and cultural events tailored to their preferences.
Support the Concierge team in coordinating daily guest services and maintaining updated guest profiles for personalized assistance.
Collaborate with departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
Coordinate transportation needs, including airport transfers, chauffeur services, and city travel guidance, ensuring timely and accurate arrangements.
