What will your challenges be?
- Strategic Project Leadership:



Lead and coordinate high-impact business and efficiency projects projects across the aflliate and corporate functions, supporting commercial and marketing teams to ensure best-in-class execution of commercial initiatives.
- Analyze processes, define action plans, and implement continuous improvements across the affiliate, ensuring maximum process automation and standardization to reduce manual workload and minimize execution errors.
- Design and lead customer prioritization models (HCPs/Pharmacies) using potential and behavioral analytics to ensure the commercial team focuses on high-value profiles.
- Coordinate SFE teams in the design of sales territories, targeting grids, and contact frequency models, while continuously optimizing and automating related processes to drive ongoing improvement.
- Incentive plan design: Develop and govern annual and four-month incentive schemes, ensuring selected KPIs drive the company’s strategic behaviors and business objectives.
